Welcome

If you are new to us, we know visiting a new church can be intimidating. Our members come from all walks of life with different backgrounds and all types of needs. God, in His wonderful grace, continues to mold us together into a Body of Christ that cares and is not ashamed to identify with our Lord and Savior.

Where and What Time

Find us at 129 Court Street in Auburn, beside the Courthouse. Come in at the front doors where someone will greet you. Then, go upstairs to the sanctuary. Or, enter the door at the bottom of the driveway and the greeter will direct you to the elevator, if needed. The service begins at 9:45 a.m.  Services typically run 75 minutes, followed by coffee fellowship, then Sunday school classes for all.

What will happen?

At a Sunday morning service, you will receive a program that shows what happens during the service.
• As a congregation we like to sing. The choir also sings a selection, and additional individuals or groups sing and/or play instruments.
• We seek the Lord in prayer as a church family.
• We learn from God’s Word, with a message by our pastor.
• Communion is served the first Sunday of the month. All who profess the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior are welcome to receive communion.

What should I do when the offering plate is passed?

Our members and regular worshipers give an offering to support the church and its ministry. As our guest, you are under no obligation to donate. It’s okay to let the plate pass by, if you prefer. Please fill out a visitor’s card found in the pew and place it in the offering plate.

What should I wear?

We care about YOU, not what you’re wearing. We come to church to worship God, so modest dress is appropriate. You will find that all styles are welcome, from jeans and dresses to suits and ties.
Can I bring my kids?

Of course! We love kids at Court Street and offer age-appropriate environments where your kids will learn about Jesus and the Bible on their level. Kids come to the first part of the service with their parents, but soon leave for “junior church.” If you come a little early, some one can show you our classroom facilities.
