American Baptist Women's Ministries

Mission Statement: In commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to the mission of the church, and through the enabling of the Holy Spirit, American Baptist Women’s (ABW) Ministries provide opportunities for each woman and girl to: 1) develop as God’s person 2) build God’s faith community and 3) serve God’s world. All women are invited to participate in ABW, according to her needs, interests, and gifts, as led by the Spirit of God. Two ABW “Circles” meet monthly (September to May). Several special events occur throughout the year to develop stronger fellowship and friendships for all women and girls at CSBC.

Court Street Kids Club

This club is for elementary-age youth, open to pre-K to grade 6. They meet Wednesdays, 6–7:00 p.m. during the school year, following the Gathering meal. They learn about God’s love, read the Bible, play games, create art projects, sing songs, and enjoy Christian fellowship with other kids! Rides are available, if needed. Men's Prayer Fellowship

The Men’s Prayer Fellowship meets twice monthly.  We ‘catch’ up with each other, and pray for the concerns of the men of the congregation for their families and friends, and praise God for the miracles and other blessings He has provided since we last met.

By providing Christian literature and media, the church library is a resource for church ministries and the church family with the goal of stimulating growth and development in the Christian faith. The collection contains fiction and many categories of nonfiction books, along with CDs and DVDs. There are resources for children, youth and adults.
